We all need something to look forward to in these challenging times.....and here it is!
Ian Nicholls, who runs Strada Pantera, has joined forces with the DTDC and suggested a meeting at his House and the Corse Lawn Hotel which is opposite. Some of you may recall previous parties a few years ago and there will be other members who have not had the experience. All will be most welcome, especially those who are relatively new to the Club.
The format will be to arrive anytime on the Saturday (or even the night before and enjoy the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills nearby). It will be very informal with us, either at Ian's House or at the Hotel draining their Bar!
We have our own Private Function room booked for an Evening Meal at the Hotel where Helicopter Piloting Sir David Jason and famous Chef, Rick Stein are known to enjoy the hospitality.
Sunday will be very casual and Ian would be more than happy for you to come over to the House and talk Cars, or for those that will have had their fill of Automotive rambling, partner Jane will happily introduce you to the Cats and Horses.
BUT......there is one planned part of the weekend.....
In 2014, whilst Ian was on a Charlie McCall pre Le Mans Classic event, he decided that a number of Panteras could form the De Tomaso logo for a unique photograph.
Ian wants to replicate the same picture using 13 Panteras (an extra one would have been even better) from the UK Club. We will be doing this at 4pm on Saturday afternoon, before any liquid refreshment prevents us from constructing this potentially complex shape!

Unfortunately, the Hotel is already fully booked with people enjoying 'staycations'. If there are any cancellations, we will let you know.
There are a number of Hotels and Air BnB nearby for varying Budgets. If you aim for a Tewkesbury Hotel then it might be easier to get a 'minibus taxi' back at the end of the evening and share the cost with other attendees.
Ian has offered gated overnight accommodation for up to 35 cars. The location postcode is GL19 4LZ. Please contact Ian via WhatsApp, e-mail or phone if you are bringing a Pantera. If you are not coming in a Pantera please bring something suitably flash....Ian wants to impress the neighbours!
